A top investment bank in New York City is looking to hire a Senior Cognos Developer to join his team as soon as possible.I am working directly with the hiring manager for this role exclusively, who I have placed with a handful of times before, and I will certainly be able to influence the process.
The right Developer must have strong, hands-on experience in designing Cognos reports both static and adhoc.
He or she must also have 5 years experience with Cognos Report Writer, Query Studio and Framework development
This will be a 6+ month contract that the manager will look to constantly extend or turn full time - please do not apply unless you are interested in something long term. The project is about four years in length.
The rate will be based on experience, but they are looking to pay for a Senior Consultant.
This candidate will also have to work on a W2 basis.

* Experience gathering or understanding requirements

* Experience using Cognos 10.x.
* Proficient in PL/SQL
* Experience using Dimensional Modeling and creating Cube Based Reports
* Experience using Framework manager
* Experience creating adhoc reports
