The Person:
We are currently seeking ambitious graduate calibre individuals who are looking to start an exciting, financially rewarding career which will allow you to achieve exceptional success. With a strong mindset, and an ability to hit targets, you will be determined and driven to succeed in a tough, uncompromising sales environment. A natural ability to build rapport is essential, as is a commercial mindset.
The Role:
This role will see you working on a sales desk recruiting for some of theUK's best known engineering companies. An in depth training course will provide you with the market knowledge you need to gain credibility with your clients and allow you to be recognised as an industry professional. After being assigned an initial database of clients, you will be expected to develop commercial relationships with them over the phone initially and face to face over time. With a series of targets to achieve, you will be required to generate significant amounts of revenue on a monthly basis, which if achieved, will see you earn generous commission.
