Description
The role is to work on a regulatory change programme impacting on banking collections, recoveries and arrears operations teams. The client are looking for candidates with the following:- MUST be able to interview this week / early next week and start between 17th and 20th January.
- MUST be an experienced Project Manager with financial services experience
- MUST have banking operations change experience. IT Change or telephony change experience is not suitable by itself.
- MUST have track record or working autonomously to successfully deliver projects and programmes of work with tight time / cost / quality constraints
- MUST have strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
- MUST have excellent communication skills
- MUST be pragmatic, flexible, adaptable and delivery focused
- IDEALLY will have previous mortgages, collections or arrears operations experience, either as an operations manager or change manager / project manager
- IDEALLY will have worked on a Mortgage Market Review (MMR) project or programme previously, or will have wider financial services regulatory change experience
- IDEALLY locally based candidate, or able to demonstrate that staying away from home doing a weekly commute is something they do regularly
