KYCS Training Manager - Bank - London - 55k!Our Client, a leading Bank, are currently looking for a KYCS Training Manager to work in their London Office, on a long-term contract basis.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience of contributing to Technical Training strategy and plan
- Background in meeting client due diligence global standards
- Prior knowledge of training and development frameworks
- Experience delivering technical training content
- Ability to understand the needs of learners and stakeholders
- Constructed development pathways for learners
- Knowledge of e-learning methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
