Computer Futures are proud represent a forward thinking, innovative company who are exponentially expanding and can offer a Senior BI Microsoft Architect role. The position has come about from my client winning a very large project and need to expand the team very quickly and requiring another Senior Contractor to aid in the progression of the newly expanding team. The intention is that the already large team will be split and divided across two of its sites. My client develops a BI solution utilising Microsoft SQL Server 2008/R2 Integration Services, Analysis Services and Reporting Services, within an iterative framework.
Skill Set Required
Candidates must be able to draw from an extensive experience of working with advanced SQL, stored procedures and optimising SQL statements to run effectively, to further aid the complex development required, candidates should be able to envisage in a 3Dimensional picture the importance of relational database design. The programme is a key aid across the business, eagerly anticipated as its advanced development will provide to contractors exciting opportunities going forward. Due to the requirement to take ownership of a newly assorted team of developers and analysts candidates but be in confident in their ability to manage individuals, drive a project forward and where required logically communicate how changes could be implemented to further enhance the development and processes in place.
The ideal candidates will have a skill set to include as many of the following: Business Intelligence, Microsoft SQL Server 2008/R2, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, T-SQL and experience in resolving data quality issues.

This role would be easily commutable by both car and train from South Wales, Bristol and Gloucestershire.
