IT Security Analyst - 3 Month Contract
Rate: £260 per day
Location: Cheltenham Gloucestershire
We are urgently seeking a professional and experienced Security Analyst/Security Consultant to join an existing team with in our prestigious client on a 3 month + contract
For this role you will need to have the following skills and experience
- Experience in a security analyst and/or security consultant role
- Strong technical experience of reviewing infrastructure and developing/specifying security controls required
- Strong technical experience of reviewing applications and developing/specifying security controls desirable
- Experience of penetration testing strongly desired
- Experience of writing security policies, standards and requirements required
- Risk assessments/management and associated methodologies such as CRAM and informal etc. - required
- Auditing against IS027001 desirable
- Practical, demonstrable project management experience required, non-security project management experience desirable
Qualifications
- CISSP required
- CISA desirable
- CISM desirable
- Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner desirable
- ITIL - managers certificate desirable
Knowledge
- IS027001 - mandatory
- COBIT - desired
