My Client is a highly dynamic and reliable computer reseller providing leading best of breed IT hardware, software, networking and peripheral products. They seek enthusiastic enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line support engineers to support, desktop, laptop and associated equipment at their prestigious client.

You will have previous experience of Phone and Deskside support that you will be able to demonstrate at interview.

You must have experience of Windows 7 and associated software coupled good general Microsoft skills.

You MUST be well presented, Articulate and highly customer focused.
