MUST HAVES CPA candidate or CPA 5-7 years experience Able to perform the following excel functions: Create from scratch a pivot table,. use SUMIF, VLOOKUP formulas Ability to manage excel files with a lot of data (thousands of lines) Microsoft Access a plus Ability to know what journal entries to make - not rely upon a system to make the journals. Ability to jump right in and try and figure out on own - limited management or hand holding Knowledge of Financial Statement requirements - will be preparing Financial Statements. Experience in Hedge Funds or Securities Transaction a plus.
