Utilities, Power, Energy, Transmission, T&D, Grid, Cable, Electrical network, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Estimating, Commercial, Cost Engineering, Bidding, Tender, Proposals, Water, 132kV, Power lines,A senior business critical role has just opened up working for a major engineering firm as an Estimating Manager to be based in either the East Midlands or Devon.
My client is offering a salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000 with a benefits package including a company car/allowance, healthcare, life insurance, pension and a 10-30% annual bonus on salary!
You will be responsible for managing, developing and growing a team of estimating engineers estimating for works associated with the utilities market, mostly on underground high voltage cabling.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company at a very senior role and grow a team around you. This client has won large new tenders and has impressive expansion plans for 2014 which will me a rapidly growing workforce. Initially you will manage two estimators but as the year progresses you will bring on new staff and grow your team and its capacity to win new work for the company.

The right candidate will already be of a very senior level or ideally in a management position.
