IBM Mainframe Systems Programmer - Ghent, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH and preferably DUTCH
Skills and experience:
- Extensive knowledge of z/OS base (including JES2, SDSF, TSO, ISPF, Netview and SA/30).
- Knowledge of Unix System Services, Security (RACF), Capacity and Performance (WLM), APPN, VTAM and TCP/IP for z/OS.
- Knowledge and usage of monitoring products (such as RMF, Omegamon, Storage products (DFSMS) and ITIL).
- Knowledge of CICS, DB2 and related products is a plus.
- Willing to work outside office hours (weekends and nights) for projects and changes.
- Willing to be standby on a regular base
Description of work:
The candidate will be responsible for:
- infrastructure
- 3rd level problem determination
- incident solving and upgrades of complex products and z/OS.
