We seek a Organisational Change Analyst to join a 6-12 month contract with a NSW Government Agency.
The role is responsible for providing Organisational Change Management (OCM) to ensure consistent, customer-focused delivery of systems and products.

The Change Analyst plays a key role in helping projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule and budget objectives, with emphasis on the people side of change.
The Change Analyst / Agent will work with the project to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilisation and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organisation such that business results are achieved.

Application / Role Details:

This NSW Government Agency require all Recruitment Agencies to adhere to a strict submission and open-book rates structure. We can only submit up to 3 resumes per position and all agencies have to adhere to the same rate structure.

In other words one agency cannot seems to offer incentives or higher rates than another agency. Once we have submitted your details you cannot be submitted by another agency even if they tell you otherwise or they say they can offer better rates than CITI.

As each Agency can only submit up to 3 resumes per position (and some agencies seem to be 'blocking' the market while still only submitting 3 candidates) it is in your best interest to obtain proof that your agency has indeed submitted your details to the role.
