Location - Tucson, AZ

Duration - 12 Months

Salary - $90,000+

Key Features:

- Provide pathology and slide reading support to R&D Life Sciences and supervises Tissue Bank resources.

- Participate in FDA submissions, including the planning and execution of strategy for obtaining 510k or PMA submissions.

- Support research and development activities for primary antibodies, detection systems, molecular probes, and special stains.

- Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.

Skills / Experience:

-US Board certified pathologist
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Excellent writing skills (to develop educational materials and medical/scientific documents)
- Team player
- Willing to travel within US and internationally 50-60% of time
- Excellent inter-personal skills

Education:

M.D., with Board certification in Anatomic Pathology

2 years relevant scientific experience including immunohistochemistry, cytology, antibody production, molecular probes, signal transduction, and transformation markers. Demonstrated record of accomplishments (e.g., publications in scientific journals, issued US patents).
