Our highly regarded client is seeking a Citrix Technical Specialist to join their support team and be responsible for building and maintaining post sales relationships with a variety of enterprise level customers and providing premium level Citrix technical support.

To be successful in this rare opportunity your CV will boast the following;

  • Strong knowledge of Citrix products, in particular XenApp, XenDesktop
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Server technologies -
  • Solid understanding of the latest PC and Networking technologies
  • Experience of working within Enterprise environments is a must
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent problem solving with the abiltiy to resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must
  • CCEE certification or other Microsoft certifications ideal but not essential

This role would suit a strong 3rd level system administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career.
