Our highly regarded client is seeking a Citrix Technical Specialist to join their support team and be responsible for building and maintaining post sales relationships with a variety of enterprise level customers and providing premium level Citrix technical support.
To be successful in this rare opportunity your CV will boast the following;
- Strong knowledge of Citrix products, in particular XenApp, XenDesktop
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Server technologies -
- Solid understanding of the latest PC and Networking technologies
- Experience of working within Enterprise environments is a must
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent problem solving with the abiltiy to resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must
- CCEE certification or other Microsoft certifications ideal but not essential
