We are looking for the following Pharmacist for a position in the North East & Cumbria.JOB DETAILS
Band 8 Practice Pharmacist (Advanced )
Medicines Management
Starting ASAP until 31st March 2014
JOB PURPOSE
Provide specialist professional pharmaceutical advice and services to allocated GP practices through dedicated weekly sessions to ensure safe, clinical and cost effective use of medicines.
EXPERIENCE
Working as a senior pharmacist in a community pharmacy, hospital or primary care setting with responsibility for a specialist area or management responsibility
Experience of working in a primary care organisation is desirable
Knowledge of analysing / handling prescribing or performance management data
Experience of guideline development and implementation is desirable
Experience of delivering training is desirable
