Oracle DBA - Oracle/Sun/Solaris/French/English - Investment Banking - Contract - Market Rates - 6 months - Brussels, Belgium
A large, prestigious investment bank requires an experienced Oracle DBA to join the team to work on a migration upgrade. The Oracle DBA will need excellent Oracle 10g and Oracle 11g experience as well as proven history working with Sun Solaris.
The Oracle DBA will have a number of responsibilities including; Participating in the Oracle 10g to 11g upgrade, cooperate with the OS team (UNIX on Sun Solaris) for the installation and configuration of the RDBMS software, support the development and maintenance team and also write the DB related documentation.
Essential skills/experience for the Oracle DBA role:
- Excellent skills working with Oracle 10g and 11g, ideally working on a migration previously.
- Solid experience working with Sun Solaris 10.
- Previous investment banking experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French is necessary
