Design and Code HTML Newsletter!

Hello,

I am looking for someone with experience who can provide a bespoke newsletter template based on my design (http://wrestling-edge.com) and also code this appropriately, both within WP Newsman Lite and using it’s functionality to insert thumb nailed posts into the newsletter. The following requirements must also be met:

HTML email file coded in tabular structure

Cross-browser compatibility

Machine readable and recognisable text in email

Inline css

Tested on Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo and other commonly used email services

I can provide details on text etc. but the objective is relatively simple.
