This position requires the following skills:
Bachelor Degree (Master or PhD preferred)
Minimum 3 years experience within Drug Development or alternatively experience with a CRO
In Depth experience in clinical trial management is necessary
Basic legal understanding in contracts
Good understanding of cost determinants for clinical trials
This position entitles these main duties:
support Clinical Teams in definition of work specification and also in some cases actually define the work specifications including the scope of amendments.
Support teams to ensure vendors are delivering to a high level of quality.
Responsible for negotiation of contracts with in close cooperation with the Local Head or Global Head of Outsourcing as needed.
Minimize regulatory, legal, and financial risks under guidance and supervision of Senior Outsourcing Manager or Local Head.
Manage ongoing CRO/Central Labs/Specialty Provider collaborations under the supervision of Senior Outsourcing Manager or Local Head.
Deliver excellence contracts through close corporation with functional partner such as legal, Finance, QA, and functional line units under guidance and supervision of Senior Outsourcing Manager or Local Head.
