Description
The Execution Specialist is responsible for managing order and execution requests from SEF customers and introducing brokers, providing SEF execution services to US, Asia and European clients and introducing brokers during their local working hoursSupported by front and middle office service providers, the Execution Specialist will be the first line of support for any execution or booking issues.
In addition, the SEF clerk will undertake any other duties as directed by senior management
Ensure that all requests are dealt with in a timely manner and in accordance with the SEF rule book and all other applicable regulations.
Trade execution via SEF systems
Initiate and orchestrate Requests For Quote (RFQs) on behalf of customers
Enter held orders onto the SEF order book on behalf of customers
Liaise with service providers, to ensure that all trades and confirmations are delivered to the client, via electronic mechanisms, where applicable.
Liaise with introducing brokers and customers regarding any trade queries that may arise
Support EMEA and APAC introducing brokers and customers throughout their local working hours (overnight in the US), working a shift rota as & when required.
Fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business
