A high frequency proprietary trading fund is looking for a full time permanent C++ infrastructure tools developer to join their team. This candidate will develop infrastructure tools for the C++ developers. These tools will serve as the firm's foundation for the companies infrastructure used throughout the company. You will be working with the newest open source and proprietary technology to develop. There is relocation assistance and they can offer a competitive salary.Duties:
- Develop, implement and maintain Tower's C++ coding environment.
- Use cutting -edge programming languages to architect software tools
- Work with the developers to diagnosing and resolve coding issues using the C++ compiler and linker.
- Work hand in hand with developers and traders in New York and Globally to enhance code quality.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree from a top university with a degree in computer science math or physics.
- Advanced programming skills with innovative languages and experience with the C++ complier and linker.
- Comprehensive knowledge of linux and especially building C++ software.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash Shell or Python.
- Experience with Git.
