My client has spotted a niche is the data insights market and their new product has meant they have doubled in revenue in 1 year! They are based in Dublin 2 with some of the best views of the city! They need a QA automation engineer to kick off the automation build and team.
Their product provides e-commerce information through a web application to some of the largest companies in the world including Unilever, P&G and Nestle. They need an automation QA automation engineer to build the automated test frameworks and ensure an automated test strategy within the business.
There will be a huge focus on automated tests so you will be a key, valued member of the team. You will work parallel to the development team. There will be manual testing to begin with as only some bits are automated so far. This will help you figure out what has to be done… how fast it becomes automated is up to you!
There are also career advancement opportunities for this QA automation engineer as this is only the start. They plan on creating a team of automation QA s which means that a QA Automation leader will have to be born!
They are currently using Selenium & Junit.
The QA automated engineer experience:
- You must have hands on experience building automated tests
- Test Automation (e.g. with Selenium or Robot Framework )
- Test frameworks (e.g. JUnit - TestUnit - RSpec - Cucumber - SinonJS - Karma - qUnit, phantomJS - Jasmine )
- Rational and 1 un-rational database
