Description
This is to work for a leading bread manufacturer based in the Midlothian area.You will be responsible for 7 people in the QA team and will report directly into the Technical Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring Quality system procedures are managed, maintained and developed in order to continually improve and ensure best practice
- Integral in customer and legislative audits, ensuring compliance against agreed standards.
- Organise hygiene and product tests as a key member of the site HACCP team
Candidates must have the following skills and experience:
Relevant experience in the food industry
Good understanding of legislation, food hygiene, food labelling
HACCP qualification
Experience of BRC or ISO
Retailer experience
