Role Description:
Plan and lead the design and implementation of all activities for a specific function in alignment with overall business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition.
Identify and understand business goals, possibilities for automation and the limitations for automation. Ensure that the project is executed within the boundaries of the identified architecture. Collaborate with technical architects to establish said architecture. Focus on customer journeys.
Resource needs to have 10 years of relevant experience
