Chase Resourcing at the express request of one of our Main Clients, a “Venture Back Technical Company” based in the Kerry region are actively looking to recruit an IT Manager of excellent standing with a minimum of 10 years experience. The successful candidate will be required to operate in a fast paced, innovative environment where exposure to commercial software will be commonplace.
Job Description
- Work closely with the business to oversee requirements-gathering.
- Work with the development team to design solutions to meet the business requirements.
- Manage multi-language software development team (.Net/Java).
- Oversee and manage the live production environment.
- Diagnose real-time issues to help identify their causes and manage corrective action.
- Have a deep knowledge of the field of web-based development and have been immersed in technology for at least ten years.
- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams, regularly conversing with customers and acting as technical expert to gain their trust and commitment at a senior technical level.
- Contribute as a peer of the development team and IT team to ensure that solutions are optimal.
- Build, mentor, and support the development team in line with business growth
- Work with external design partners to deliver UI elements into the development process.
- Have a history of delivery excellence and be focused on action over analysis.
