CITI Recruitment is working with a leading financial services organisation that is currently undergoing a major BPM project.
We are seeking an IBM BPM Developer for this contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver low complexity processes and contribute to delivery of moderate complexity processes.
- Model and implement high quality process driven business solutions using Websphere Lombardi Edition V7.2
- Comprehend Process Modeling phases, goals and deliverables.
- Implement all elements of a Process Model.
- Communicate process needs through the expected, exception, and escalation paths in a Business Process Definition (BPD) model.
- Create guided end-user interactions (Coaches) and services.
- Develop integration services.
- Develop business objects to represent external and internal data models.
- Experience with Lombardi BPM / IBM Process Centre - WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Lombardi Edition, and IBM Integration Designer
- Previous experience working on a large scale BPM implementation within various industry sectors would be an advantage but not essential.
- Certified Lombardi Professionals OR IBM Certified Associate BPM Developer - Highly regarded
- Good Understanding of BPM Notation (BPMN) , JavaScript, Object-Oriented Programming, Design concepts and patterns.
- Experience working on Business Process development, Reports, Integration services and components of IBM BPM.
- Demonstrate best practices in IBM Websphere Lombardi Edition V7.2
- Previous experience completing a BPM Project using IBM Websphere Lombardi Edition V7.2
- Excellent communication skills / consultative approach
