Description
Circuit Core Technical Engineer - UKCircuit Core Technical Engineer is needed on a contract basis in the UK for one of our prestigious clients in
telecommunications industry.
You must be eligible to live and work in the EU to apply for this role.
Qualification
?Telecommunication Education background
?Understood the 3GPP (R4/R5/R6) ITUT, TISPAN including, H248, SIP, ISUP, diameter etc.
?Understood the network structure of both CS/IMS GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, UMTS,IMS, etc.
?Very good knowledge of at least one or more of the following product and solutions:
GSM/GPRS, CDMA, WCDMA, UMTS, ATM Switch and other IP and ISDN/PSTN/PLMN
Product, Operating system including Microsoft Windows 98/NT/2k/XP, UNIX, Sybase,
Signaling.
?Experience of Huawei CS prodcuts MsoftX3000, UMG8900, M2000, HLR, STP is strongly
prefered
?Approved experience on CS network solution desgin, HLD/LLD
?Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission and testing independently (including
survey and acceptance).
?Strong troubleshooting competence and Maintenance skills for FLM/SLM.
Work scope
Design
?Voice interconnect between client and customer changing ISUP/TDM to SIP / RTP
?Signalling interconnect between client and customer changing SS7/TDM to Sigtran/IP via the
STP not MGW as in previous design
?Changing end point codes on STP
?4G service in client by CSFB
Implementation
?Reconfiguration and implementation of above services
?HSS Upgrade to support Dual IMSI and MSISDN Feature
?Regression testing
?Support for IOT Testing
?CSFB Testing
