Description
Great opportunity for recent IT Graduates to join the Service Desk/Help Desk Team at a Fortune 500 Company located in Cleveland, OH. Use your understanding of information systems to assist users with hardware and software related issues. Overtime : straight time Qualified candidates must have:- Associate's Degree in IT, Bachelor's Degree in IT is preferred
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (Candidates with lower GPAs will be considered if they have one-year of technical work experience in a corporate setting)
- Degree in hand by Spring, 2014
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well in a team atmosphere

- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Must be available weekends and for shifts outside normal business hours
