IPV6/Cisco Solution Architect French or Dutch/English 6 months +ext - Brussels
A company based at Brussels is currently looking for a IPv6/Cisco Solution Architect who speaks French or Dutch and English.
Function:
- As a solution architect you will work on various project
- You asses current project set up and propose a future-proof architecture +TCO based on the market trends and new equipment
- You perform network and security transformation studies.
- You are in charge for the implementation of the architecture and you dispatch the work to the engineer.
- You may have to travel 2 times a week to Paris to the head office.
Skills:
- You have strong experience with IPV6, checkpoint, juniper.
- As a Solution architect you have strong skills with Bluecoat and LAN/WAN.
- Network: good all round knowledge on switching/routing/wifi/WAN/qos architectures - primarily based on Cisco equipment
- Security: good understanding of security principles - Firewalls, proxies, VPN, pki, loadbalancers etc.
- You speak French or Dutch and English.
