Service Desk Analyst - French or German Speaking - Dublin - 15/h - Leading Client - Contract

1st line helpdesk support required to assist with hardware and software problems via phone, email or fax. The Candidate must maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Will log all calls on the call logging system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.

Required:

  • Flexible to work on weekends on a rotational basis
  • Good Customer Service and Soft Skills
  • Windows 7, XP 1st line support Technical Knowledge
  • Strong background of having worked in a Service Desk Environment
  • Flexible to extend shifts upon request
  • Follow all Quality and Compliance guidelines laid down by the company and the Project
