Hi,I'm looking for an experienced PMO experienced in projects in IT environment in Munich area.
Skill:
- experienced in PMO role & tasks
- SAP BW experience nice to have
- excellent user know how in relevant IT applications,
especially in MS Office applications
- good team player
- self-driven, reliable, excellent organizational skills
- language skill: German, English, both fluent in w/s
Tasks:
- supporting changes, tickets and projects
- status updates of change requests within the system (HPSM7)
- administration in Planview incl. allocation
- operative controlling and implementation of a status reporting
- accounting of operational costs of external staff
- system opening and authorization application (forms, etc.)
- administration of department documentation (caretaker)
- working on team mail inbox
- preparation and follow-up of team meetings, i.e. taking minutes
- supporting the preparation of presentations
- supporting DLIII process (purchasing)
