An international pharmaceutical company based in the surrounding areas of Basel are currently seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join a specific division within their Swiss headquarters.The position is a specialist role. Within the position a senior and experienced regulatory affairs professional will report directly into the Head RAM and will ensure that all regulatory aspects are covered with a view to ensure products are compliant for emerging markets.
Within your job duties you will act as a go to person for all regulatory requirements as well as ensuring that local market needs are understood and aligned to the global regulatory strategy of the company. As the consultant, or indeed regulatory expert you will liaise with a number of departments throughout the business including commercial, marketing, quality and R&D.
The successful applicant will have a very strong knowledge within Regulatory Affairs including the preparation of product license applications and have exposure to Licensed products, medical devices, cosmetics and food. In addition you should speak German and English, and Spanish, Arabic and/or Chineese would be an advantage.
