This fast growing, early stage neuroscience company specializing in on-line cognitive fitness and wellness programs for corporate and health plan customers, seeks an individual to work in a high performance team serving a growing market. This company was ranked as a Top Five innovator of brain health products worldwide, and provides brain health programs to Fortune 500 clients and leading wellness companies. Their unique assessment and brain exercises allow consumers to know and train their brains for peak performance. We are seeking a successful sales and account executive to manage existing accounts and drive new revenue growth through sales to both new customers and upsells to existing accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage product support and problem resolution between the customer and key internal stakeholders assuring high levels of customer responsiveness and satisfaction.
  • Pull and analyzes data to create customer reports
  • Draw upon the skills and efforts of many departments within the company in order to best meet the client's needs on a particular project.
  • Plan, develop and execute sales strategies
  • Manage inside sales process from proposal to close
  • Perform research to learn about the clients' business, goals and needs, conduct market research on competitors' activities, including product or service pricing and sales techniques to defend book of business.
  • Solicit and maintain contact with current and prospective stakeholders and manage key relationships in order to build sales opportunities.


Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Health Administration, Business, or related science field
  • 5+ years of account management experience
