Sthree Chicago are currently on the look out for ambitious talent to be a part of the aggressive growth plans put in place by the Executive Board earlier this year. We moved into our 24th floor, luxury office, in the centre of the Chicago Loop in September 2011 and have since been working tirelessly to build the foundations of sometime special. Over two years on, the office has multiplied to 25 people, spawned two addition teams and produced a number of top performers.

We're now ready to kick on the next stage of our growth and expand from 20 to 120 people within the next 3 years.

As well the being an integral part of Sthree's most expanding office, you'll also live in the most multicultural, vibrant city in the US. Living costs mean the majority of consultants currently reside in luxury, high-rise apartment buildings where swimming pools, gyms and breathtaking views come as standard and a 15 minute walk to work is common.

As part of our client strategy, we urgently need a Business Development Manager to help expand our current client base and head up a future team of Business Developers. Our team here have been diligently developing relationship with some of the worlds largest Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies, placing multiple people across a range of disciplines. This is, however, just the tip of the iceberg and we're searching for someone who can take these relationships to the next level. This position will immediately slot into the Chicago Management Team and you'll work closely with them, as well as your business development counterparts on the East and West coast to help further penetrate the companies we're already placing with. The position would suit a current Business Developer or a Consultant who is particularly passionate about the client side of our business. Management aspirations would also be a plus as we're planning on expanding our Business Development team in the near future.
