Software Engineer required in Stratford-upon-Avon!Proteus Europe, operating as an employment agency, is seeking an talented Software Engineer to work on a permanent basis for one of our prestigious clients located in Stratford-upon-Avon.
As a Software Engineer you will become an integral member of the team and be responsible for the development, installation, configuration, trouble-shooting, maintenance and support of software products.
Candidates must have:
- Strong knowledge of different CTI middleware (e.g. Genesys, Altitude, CT Avaya, Vocalcom, etc..) with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Knowledge of Telecom switches (e.g. Avaya, Cisco, etc..)
- Be able to configure, maintain and manage one or all of the above CTI middleware
- Knowledge of programming languages, eg. .Net, C, C#, Visual Basic, HTML, ASP, XML, and Oracle PLSQL
- Knowledge of Database access, preferably Oracle or SQL
- Database Design
- Database Development (Oracle, MS-SQL)
- Understanding Project Management methodology
- Understanding of financial drivers
