My client is a leading financial services organisation based in the Kent area looking for two customer strategy analysts to join there team on a 6 month contract basis.Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for supporting team with work covering all aspects of New Customer acquisitions including credit policy optimisation, channel analytics support, end to end application processing analytics and support testing, live proving and governance of new customer changes.
Personal Characteristics:
- Very strong analytical skills with a numerate background
- Ability to influence key stakeholders, promote ideas and work through the end to end project analysis, approval and implementation process
- Some knowledge of SAS/SQL beneficial, but any prior coding experience welcomed
- Strong ability to deliver concise and appropriate reporting with insight into core issues/metrics
- Attention to detail and ability to run with multiple analyses concurrently.
Experience:
- Solid understanding of the consumer lending business model - Ideally in the revolving credit arena
- Experience of manipulating and handling data from several sources and ability to compile insightful reporting on the back of this data, and a strongly analytical numerate background
