I currently have a contract opportunity for an experienced C# asp.net MVC developer to join a a software vendor who provide solutions to the financial services industryAs a software developer, you will join a team who are currently developing a pioneering programme which allows their financial services clients the opportunity to value and assess the risk on large portfolios. The role will provide the opportunity to work on large data sets as well as gain an exposure to financial services.
Their technology stack encompasses C# .NET 4.0, asp.net MVC, Unity, Entity Framework, WCF and SQL Server . They are looking for developers who can provide value and expertise in either front end or server side development who would be keen to further improve their other skills
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years C# development experience
- BSc or MSc in Computer Sciences or relevant subject from a top University
- Strong asp.net MVC skills
- WCF
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- SQL Server (Triggers, Stored Procedures etc)
- A passion for software development
- Financial services experience/knowledge would be highly beneficial but not a prerequisite.
The role is based in London and is a 6 month rolling contract paying up to £375 per day dependant on experience.
