Computer Futures are actively seeking to recruit a Operational Data Analyst for a 6 month initial contract based with our key wealth management Client that we are working with as a first tier supplier.About the Role

And that's why the business is seeking to recruit more talented Analysts and devlopers to their team in support of the General Insurance field of their business. The existing team of Business Performance offer ambtious and inovative projects, as they manipulate the data required by the business in meaningful ways. The expectation is that candidiates will advise on MI considerations for new projects, challenge existing processes using data and provide deep insight into the data assets of the GI Ops business. You will design and build predictive data models to help the business understand future demand, sales opportunities, retention strategies, customer interaction behaviours and staff behaviours. You will provide decision support and insight for GI Operations providing clear data analysis, hypothesis testing, performance bench marking and correlation capabilities to the business.SKILL SET
Above all, you are an expert in field of data analysis and visualisation. No wonder then, that you are proficient in Minitab (or similar), SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS. Wherever you're coming from, you enjoy analysing and interpreting data using advanced analytical methods. You know how to prepare insight and review trends, putting forward recommendations and solutions to improve, for example processes and service. You build analysis that drives behaviours (not just measures it) so that business decisions can be made. As a rule, you never present a problem without a solution. What's more, you are a great people manager and love nothing more than sharing your extensive knowledge with others and have the passion & ability to train and mentor junior analysts.
