Description
Service Delivery Manager (German Speaking) needed for our Swiss banking client based in Zürich for a long term contract with scope for extension.The responsibilities of the successful applicant include :
* Working with the business management teams, the Sector specific Service Delivery Managers and vendor teams on issues, outage reporting/management including SLA reporting improvements
* Leading the vendor support teams in working with their development counterparts in the CC IT Sectors to ensure the smooth release and on-going support of new deliveries to production
* Leading the vendor support teams through incident/problem management, service request management, change management, handovers, and knowledge development ensuring a standard model of support is implemented
* Fostering good relations with the vendor and the CC IT Sectors in the Utility * Initiate, plan and coordinate key service improvement initiatives such as consolidation of activities into the utility support model or delivery of new technology to replace End-of-Life IT components.
* Work closely with business, technology and vendor partners to improve overall Front-to-Back IT service delivery.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of outsourcing experience, preferably in financial services
