Description
We are looking for an experienced Change Management consultant to work within the Information Systems Field Services team and be responsible for standard Change Management activities, strategy development, sponsorship alignment, communication planning and execution, training planning and execution, and support.
The Information Systems Field Services team has an initiative which requires heavy Change Management support to ensure success of the deliverables. The project is the replacement of old industrial device equipment, including vehicle mounted computers and handheld scanners, with new equipment, across all manufacturing and distribution centers. The change will impact a targeted end-user community but the awareness and knowledge needs to occur to a large scale audience.
SKILLS:
- Experience performing and executing change management projects at large companies
- Prior consulting experience
- End to end Change Management experience - development and execution of consistent communications strategies, leadership/sponsorship alignment, training development and delivery.
- Proven experience developing creative and engaging communication, training, and support materials
- Proven experience with a variety of communication and engagement tactics, including written emails, presentation development, face-to-face communications, videos, surveys, and other creative communication vehicles
- SharePoint 2010 and Office 2010
- Working in an open work environment
- The ability to operate at different levels in an organization (executive, management, line)
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to travel within the US and have a valid passport
- 8-10 years' experience preferred
