Description
A Unified Communication and Collaboration architect/IBM Sametime expert is required by my client, a leading Global Bank, to join their Collaboration Asset Management team. He or she will be responsible for implementing new solutions that will enable the Shared Service Centre to improve productivity and efficiency.
Three main technologies are involved:
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and eager to contribute to the next innovation of the Real Time Unified Communication and Collaboration infrastructure.
As a part of the team, the successful candidate will also be responsible for conceptual design, solution design, implementation of Real Time collaboration platform that will interact with IPT Voice, Contact Centre Technologies, good communication with both employees and external clients (assets of Messaging and Collaboration ). The candidate must have knowledge or practical experience of one or more of the following:
- Leadership over IBM Sametime 9
- Experience in Alcatel Telephony (OXE), Cisco CUCM UCCE
- Experience in operating a covered IP network
- IPv4, Subnetting
- Deep knowledge of Real Time protocols
- Hands on knowledge of SIP Proxies and SIP Routers
Languages
- Fluency in French and English a must
- Dutch is a plus.
