Senior .NET User Interface Developer position with a successful software development organisation on a 6 month contract based in the Republic of Ireland.

An excellent opportunity has just become available to work with an innovative software development organisation as a Senior .NET User Interface Developer on a 6 month contract. This company offers a wide range of services to an ever growing client base and employs a wide range of technologies to provide the best solutions possible. As Senior .NET User Interface Developer you will be working closely with the team to deliver an enterprise E-commerce application for a high profile client and complete all aspects closely linked to this role.
The ideal candidate for this position would be able to show at least 3 years proven experience implementing high traffic web applications with dynamic UI, ideally with a commercial development background in ASP.NET and C#.
As Senior .NET User Interface Developer you will be able to show;
- Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, CSS3 and HTML5.
- Knowledge of SQL Server (up to 2012), Restful and ADO.NET.
- Awareness of code management solutions.
- Exposure to MVC 4 and .NET 4.5
- Experience of implementing Front End components that have been optimized for speed and cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS frameworks and programming patterns.
You would be a versatile candidate who is familiar with the software development life cycle and has experience of Agile development methodologies including, but not limited to, SCRUM. Furthermore, having a good understanding of mobile web development and social media plugins such as Facebook and Twitter is desired.
