Tester - Contact Centre Testing (Genesys)
Role:
We are looking for a tester to be part of an ICT Integration Project. The tester will be required to carry out integration and user acceptance testing. This will be part of a business transformation programme.
Requirement:
Experience of some or all of the following technologies - Genesys, Avaya, Verint
Successful individuals must have experience of managing testing (integration, user acceptance) in contact centre environments, ideally gained within Financial Services
