Description
Design Creative Director (Experience Design) is required by a top 5 NMA digital agency to work on and oversea digital initiatives for one of their leading Banking clients. This person will be working in the Design Office team team within the Banking Client. They will have responsibility for leading the User Experience Direction across a portfolio of projects and will report into the clients Creative Leadership.
This person will be involved in projects from business case stages through to delivery, working closely with clients, internal project teams, third party agencies and will need to ensure that the quality of the user experience is maintained throughout.
They need to promote consistency in approach across projects, provide guidance and oversight to UX team members, and provide UX thought leadership across the assigned portfolio of projects.
Key Skills:
10+ years experience as a UX practitioner
Excellent client facing skills
Experience in the Financial Services Industry (IDEALLY)
Agile experience
Proven experience in a similar previous UX Lead role
Proven strategic thinker
Experience: User Research, UX Design, Responsive Design, Axure, Omnigraffle, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability Testing, Site Maps, Personas, User Journeys.
