Description
Responsible for the management of IT contracting and acquisition activities through the official IT Sourcing Plan of Record to ensure goals are accomplished within required schedule and approved funding parameters.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages multiple IT contracting projects in conjunction with SSP, Legal and the user IT Group(s). Assists and supports in the development of business case analysis with project team. Develops and/or approves basic Statements of Work and develops uniform pricing structure for IT contracted services. Maintains relationships with vendors and manages operations for transaction life cycle management.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Requires a BA/BS degree;
- 3 years experience in contracting IT product technologies and/or support services;
- Knowledge of project and process management, as well as gathering requirements, is strongly preferred.
