My Client are based in Manchester and are looking for an Ecommerce Business Analysts to come on board for approximately 6 months. The Business Analyst will research and develop commercially robust and strategically sound site developments to drive the e-commerce business.
The main responsibilities will include:-
*Conduct customer research (in conjunction with the customer insight team) to help drive on-line developments.
*Define and specify web development initiatives to improve our ability to attract / convert / retain customers.
*Create and measure benefit cases for development projects
*Perform the Business Analyst role in on-line development projects (Inc mobile devices) using an Agile project management methodology to ensure timely and on budget delivery of projects.
*Lead and facilitate key stakeholder workshops to seek approval of business requirements and priorities.
*Perform User Acceptance Testing
Pre requisites:
At least 3 years experience in a BA role
Experience of mobile development & optimisation and/or the Endeca Search and Navigation tool.
Working knowledge of workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, benefit case management and Agile methodology is also essential.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
