Description
My Client an Investment Bank based in Brussels, requires an Unified Communication and Collaboration architect/IBM Sametime Expert, with fluent or mother tongue French, fluent English and Dutch is desirable.
Location: Brussels and 1 to 2 days/week travel to Paris on average

Business experience required:
The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5-10 years hands on experience in the engineering and architecture of leading Unified Collaboration and
Communication Solutions within large and complex organizations, mainly on IBM SAMETIME technology.
Additional experience and responsibilities include:
Provide leadership guidance over installation, configuration, integration, customization, deployment, administration and life cycle management of IBM Sametime.
Experience in Alcatel Telephony (OXE), Cisco CUCM and UCCE and/or MS Lync/OCS considered an asset.
Understanding & experience in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network
IPv4 addressing, Subnetting, NAT, PAT, DNS, Proxy QoS for Real Time communication
Deep knowledge of Real Time protocols (SIP, H.323,MGCP, XMPP, RTP, RTCP)
Hands on knowledge of SIP Proxies, and SIP Routers
Knowledge on network technologies, IT systems and related processes (ITIL) is an advantage.
