Description
Urgent need for Consumer Credit Act SME's to assist with the compliance of strict regulations in order to encourage greater levels of responsible lending and well-functioning products.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in consumer credit/retail financial services compliance/compliance monitoring
- Strong understanding of the FCA rule book and associated UK regulation - including FSMA, FOS, OFT.
- Experienced in completing compliance reviews and compiling associated reporting.
- Full life cycle experience of process.
