Team Structure

Reporting to the Middle Office Officer

Day to day
- As part of a busy team servicing a large hedge fund, candidate's role involves daily trade confirmation of OTC products using DTCC, MarkitWire, etc.
- Liaising with client and NAV teams on the resolution of breaks and pricing issues.
- Liaison with Prime Brokers and Counterparties on settlements and confirmation issues.
- OTC Derivative work flow processing including trade confirmations, settlements and life cycle events. Work on various ad hoc projects.
- Candidate will ideally have 3 year's experience either in a hedge fund/investment bank or prime broker.

Essential
- Hedge fund product knowledge
- OTC including IRS, CDS, FRA, etc.
- Exposure to confirmation matching tools such as MW, DTCC, ICE, etc
- OTC Confirmation experience.

Desirable
Bloomberg, Reuters, Advanced Excel
