Supplier Quality Management specialist
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Development and maintenance of Processes and Systems related to Supplier Quality management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- KPIs development and issuance
- Overall maintenance of SQSS SOPs (including link with GSK Corporate)
- Update of working procedures (Request for Material Creation, Approved Supplier List, Supply Chain Analysis, Supplier Change Notification)
- Update of Supplier Quality Agreement Templates
- Maintain systems to archive and manage supplier information & data (Easy Doc, Supplier Change Notification, Supplier Information Package)
- Develop SOP for Auditor Certification
- Maintenance of Training Matrix for Supplier Quality Team
- Update of Supplier Quality Risk Register
PREREQUISITES
Education:
* University degree
Knowledge:
* Science degree and experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality operations
* Excellent knowledge and experience of IT Systems and technologies used for data management (SAP, CARISMA, Trackwise, etc.)
* Good verbal and written communications (English) skills to ensure effective relay of issues, risks and opportunities
Experience:
* Regulatory and pharmaceutical environment
* Good Documentation Practise/Procedure development
* Management of material Suppliers
