Your tasks:
- Continue, repeat & finalize former simulation results
- Support matching simulations results with verification measurements ( done by EE )
- Stead state & transient simulation
- DCDC converter design:
- Simulation of internal power dissipation inside the housing
- Simulation of the external heat distribution
- Modeling of SMT & THT components
- Simulation thermal distribution inside key components ( transformer, coils, diodes, fets)
- Simulation of several packaging constraints inside the vehicle ( bracket, environment)
- Simulation of several design improvements ( housing, thermal paste)
Your qualifications
- FEMAP/TMG Licenses knowledge: thermal flow analysis
