Due to winning a large project and bringing production back in house, my client has a need for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will have the following responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of manufacturing
- Coordinate, plan, and direct the activities
- Table top and Cell production
- Staff safety training
- Maintain production standards
- Working with the Quality Manager to ensure quality
- Train staff on existing product line
- Manage production staff
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:
- Assembly experience
- Experience managing production associates
- Industrial background
- Experience in a regulated industry preferred
